So I am sick. Coughing, sneezy, head-stuck-in-a-vice sick. I took yesterday off from work. I so should have taken today off. If I feel even half as yuck tom'w morning as I do right now, I'll probably take off then too

We must be cosmically connected because I'm sick too! Though since I am sans health insurance, dayquil and kleenex are all I've got to arm myself with.

And about the nurse who asked how you were doing, I'm sure you seemed far better than most people she checks out. It could be worse, you're not projectile vomiting or pooping blood. In the medical field, it's all about perspective.

I guess when you put it that way, you do have a point.

I wasn't really pissed off, so much as amused at the irony of someone who work at a doctor's office asking an obviously sick patient, how they are feeling.

Here's hoping you feel better soon as well. You know you have to be in top shape to beat Bonnie to the good bargains on Sunday. ;)
