I'm sorry to hear about the kidney stones...that truly sucks, but at least you know why you have been feeling so crappy these past few days! I hope you feel better soon!

I really hope Sarah gets a clue (preferably soon) that the world does not simply revolve around her. If you cannot make it b/c of this, you know everyone would understand. You're health comes first BEFORE anyone's bdays/christenings etc...I cannot believe (actually, it doesnt surprise me) that Sarah got pissed off about this.
