I really enjoyed this. I'm amazed how, in such a short piece, you managed to convey such a sense of timelessness. I loved the little details; the Guardian's memories of Maferath, recognising Hessarian as the spirit that inhabits Wynne, Cousland turning out to be the Guardian's own descendent.
