Pokemon and Yugioh, the lost connection!

So I've noticed that Brock has the same voice actor as Seto Kaiba. Brock being from Pokemon and Kaiba being from Yugioh.

Always knew there was a connection!

Is that the cartoon network english version or the original japanese? Because Because the voice of Yugi is also the voice of one of the guys on Winx club. No tthat I watch winx club or antyhing. Just saying cartoon network seems to have a finite pool of voice actors. You'll catch a lot of teh Lupin guys in Cowboy Bebop.
