Spent pretty much all day yesterday with Jeremy. Fun times! Lots of WoW, Family Guy, Pizza, and other hanging out. Watched the Daily Show, Last Laugh '06, and the Colbert Report; had a myriad of discussion based upon what we were watching; learned a lot, laughed a lot

dikis, i just want to let you know that i completely understand what you're going through. as far as customer service, i mean.
I WORK AT FRIGGEN CIRCUIT CITY. in customer service, of all departments.
every day people ask "DO YOU HAVE ANY WIIS?!?!??!?!?!" no matter what, even though we have signs everywhere saying we're out of stock.

I -love- how customer service in the electronics department has degraded to "No, we have no Wiis in stock. No, we don't know when we'll get any in." :D
