Looks good!

Maybe you could change "live electronic music" to "livecoded electronic music". Then those non-acquainted with ChucK would immediately grasp what it is you'll be doing and they could reconcile the code on the flyer is actually code you'll be writing instead of something nerdy you just threw on there for an ad while you bash everything out for the show in Abelton.

Also I would love an "AKA GmfC" :-)

You must make the ad sexier. You can do this by arranging the code body to form erotic shapes or by using the "=>" operator in a very suggestive fashion.
