okay, so i've mainly been using LJ lately to whine about my job, but i HAVE been hiding a super exciting secret....I'm pregnant! yay!! This time it appears to be going along swimmingly too, so I've finally decided to tell the world ie: the internet that I'm expecting! I'm 11 weeks today and we just had a lovely visit at the doctors where he found

I am SO excited for you!

To help with the headaches and like, make sure to stay hydrated. Like, almost, overly hydrated if there is such a thing.

And, the best advice I got, is if you are tired, sleep! It's the last chance you'll get to do it supposedly (especially when you reach this fun kick mommy all the time!)

Sorry if my comment came off as intrusive! I just hear about childbirth all the time, so it's on my mind a lot--but it really probably is not my place to suggest. I really do apologize. I actually did not mean instead of a doctor; doulas take on a supplementary role to support the labor and birth.
