It has been way too long since I did one of these! I know, I know, last time on Erin's Food Post, I promised that we'd have pies made in the pie molds I got from Williams-Sonoma. I really intended to make that happen, but instead, I made tiny hand pies. I regret nothing.

( This is a shorter food post than I usually do, but it is, as always, image heavy! Neither of these dishes have meat! One of them is actually pie! )
