Heh, don't worry about spamming. If you just read lj for fic, I fear you'll be sorely disapointed by mine, I don't write very often.

Oh, that's what I got LJ for. That's not the only thing I use it for now. :D And anyway, it's entirely a question of quality vs. quantity. I'd rather read good fics than bad fics, so if it takes longer, I'm willing to wait. (As long as WIPs aren't left hanging for years, that is!)
