Okay... cute guy canceled last minute due to an unfinished assignment, wasn't too annoyed... but what annoyed me was that he didn't really keep in touch after... when we started off, we were sms-ing sporadically, and seems like he's not interested in doing so now... bad signs? well, strike one for him, two more, and he's out

*hugs* dating, or the attempt at dating just sucks out loud sometimes. So much work - not that I want the happily ever after, but something that doesn't resemble a rubix cube would be nice. And family - argh. I have faith in your measure of cope though! Keep standing up for what is right for you. Goal lists for the day is a great idea - just remember to keep it simple and reward yourself for small goals too. And don't forget to put Happy things on your goal lists - we too often put those off. :)

*hugs* Yeah, dating sucks most of the time, especially when people like to give mixed signals, not to say I'm not guilty of it sometimes as well. But I'd wish I have superpowers so I can know whether someone's really interested or not. :S

Family is another thing. This is a great revelation from what I have known, actually. That's why I'm now semi in hiding from them, especially since I need to spread my wings and start flying up the corporate ladder. :S No wonder my last boss, Maha actually commented quite strongly on how I should be asserting my independence from them. It's just a little too much on how I've been utilised.

Well, I'm now slowly working through the list. And from the tasks I'm splitting up, it seems very optimistic that I would accomplish quite a lot today. I hope this keeps up. :) And I won't forget inject a little Happy into it, thanks for the reminder. I agree that we keep forgetting about them most of the time. :)
