I have given up on ever feeling warm again. :( It was bitterly cold in Cork over Warpcon weekend; little daggers of ice constantly burrowing into the skin, digging themselves right down to the bone and chilling the soul. Apologies for The Coldest Room in the World (tm). We have much hopes that with job comes the wherewithal to get a loan and get all boilers and insulationing done, and thus for *next* Warpcon, you will not freeze.

Tiny island surrounded by shark infested waters, hmm? Isn't that Australia?
If you feel the urge to narrow that down to one village, I believe both Rottnest and the Whitsundays could oblige.
We're in day 4 of a heatwave here, it's 35 at 5pm here at the mo. A little sticky for last nights rock-climbing, but ideal for a cold drink in the shade.

I blame you entirely for this sudden influx of humidity, you realise.

As opposed to thinking in terms of LOGIC and RATIONALITY and acknowledging that it's this way every summer.

It was a tad chilly, right enough. Glad to have this confirmed by someone better habituated to the frozen tundra that is Scotland these past two winters. Was worried I was just going soft!
