You should talk to Zuriel, she makes very yummy meads and cordials. She made a pomegranate cordial last year that was to die for! Yummy yum yum! :)

You can work on it at our house. I made Dmitrii promise he wouldn't buy any more mead kits until he made the ones we already have.

Dave and I made pomegranate mead - well, okay, pomegranate-black cherry mead - from scratch last year. Still have some left; need to make more.
