Phase 3 posting

The end of the month is approaching. Posting for Phase 3 can be done any time on the 30th of November. Follow the same procedure as for Phase 1 (found here), except your announcement would be “Round 4.3 of the Circle of Friends Remix is now open for reading at cof_remix” instead of Round 4.1
