Ugh, my home internet connection broke down, so now I'm sitting in my office at 10 PM, browsing my flist because I'm pathetic and cannot live without my internet D:

Anyway, verizonhorizon pointed me to this awesome and adorable Sherlock/The Great Mouse Detective crossover vid made by quamquam20 and YOU ALL NEED TO WATCH THIS BECAUSE IT IS EPIC. EPIC!!!

That vid is gorgeous. I have a good mind to write a Great Mouse Detective AU (but, eum, without the mice), actually... I've got a few sort of epic Sherlock fic ideas, but we'll see. I need time, and I need to brush up my knowledge of the book canon.
(I actually saw the Great Mouse Detective just a few days ago - it's such a sweet film. But how did it get past the censors, with those can-can dancers? Not that I don't love the song.)

Aargh, I am still internet-less and stuck at work all evening if I want to check my email and my flist!! I probably won't have proper access until next week, possibly later, so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to be online for a while D:

I love this vid so much. I haven't seen the Great Mouse Detective in ages, but I used to love that movie when I was little. I think I need to see if I can find it online somewhere... (once I get my internet back)

Oooh, I hope you'll have time to write epic Sherlock fic soonish!!! Just the idea that you might possibly write something in this fandom makes me all :DDDD

I have never been happier to have an office! Looks like I'll be without internet for a few days, so I guess I'll be spending quite a lot of time in the office this week-end :/

It's been ages since I saw the Great Mouse Detective, but I loved it so much when I was little. I'm pretty sure it is still awesome! :)
