Honestly, I'm continually amazed at people who accuse others of stalking them when they read their PUBLIC posts. Like, dude. If you don't want everyone to see it, don't make it public.

Regarding the "How many times per day would a random person have to hit your site to be considered a stalker (assuming you keep track)?" question:
I picked once a day if they're going there every day. Once a day as a habit when they're not on your list is a little creepy, IMO. I don't even go to my friends LJs every day.
