I just got the mental image of us surrounded by bloodthirsty college students, with us in the center standing back to back, holding swords trying to fend them off.

Why? Because I'm pretty much fighting that battle right now too.

Be glad your first name didn't end up being "Bruce". I read a column in Time a year or two ago where Joel Stein, i believe, realized that everyone with the name 'Bruce' seemed to end up being gay. In my experiences, at least, with people named Bruce, that's held true... So, if others recognized that, they would've had more warrants for their claims.
