Jewish culture is very interesting. In 2004 I spent 4 months in Sierra Leone (due to my job - managing industrial fishing boats - I get to travel a lot and especially to Africa) with a Jewish friend, we shared an apartment there, and I had the chance to learn more about your culture. This friend, Eytan, lost his father in Auschwitz and his mother escaped via Portugal. My country played a significant role in helping Jews to escape nazis. Anyway, in Africa you find lots of Lebanese people living there and some countries host Jewish communities too and what amazes me is to see how well everybody, Jews and Muslims, gets along in Africa but back in the Middle East those very same cultures violently clash.
