Argh. Just...arrrrgh.

So I am trying and trying and trying to write the next chapter of 'Teacher's Pet', and does it want to be written? Does it hell. No one is co-operating; the whole thing is dragging unbearably (so much so that drafts 1, 2 and 2.5 got chucked in the metaphorical rubbish bin); Sirius is not behaving himself and, quite frankly, ( Read more... )

*snuggles Mars* Poor baby. And I really have to re-read what I've read so far of Teacher's Pet....sort of forgot it...

Lol, you and me both. It's been about a year and a freaking half since I updated it. *Headdesk* But it just keeps nagging at me - I desperately want to finish it, especially given I really do seem to be heading down the original fiction path at the moment, and I'd like to at least wrap up TP. I won't, of course, be leaving the HP fandom, but I suspect it'll be my last big fic for a while. *Grits teeth* Must...finish...it....

And Mars deserves no such love. He needs spanking for taking over my brain. ;)

Ooo, Mars spanking? Can Sinn be the one spanking him? That would be delicious! ^__~

ROFL! We all know it would totally be Sinn doing the spanking, Mars would probably run away from anyone else. (It's astonishing how meekly he submits to being pinched, poked and prodded by Sinn, really...)

Good luck with continuing TP! I know how hard it can be when stuck in a major writer's block - inspirationless (if that isn't a word, then it is now!). Though, I think that I need to go re-read what I have of the series thus far. Not that I'm complaining! :P

Aww, poor Mars. xD

My problem isn't so much that I'm inspirationless, it's more like someone's whacked a giant road block down in front of me that I can't get around. All my ideas and I are on one side, and the finished product (the next chapter) is on the other. Bah. (Aw please don't - I look back on a lot of the chapters and they're cringe-worthy. *Headdesk*)

Not poor Mars! Naughty Mars! He deserves no sympathy. ;D

Ahh, I see. Well, road blocks suck don't they? xD; And if you insist that I don't look back, then I suppose I will heed to your wishes. :P

Ohh, Mars. *grin* I just got a kitten yesterday and he was staying with me in my room last night; wouldn't let me sleep at all. He's all over the place! But he reminds me of Mars~ :3

Heh, don't let me beat you into submission - if you want to re-read, feel free but I was attempting to claw my own eyes out when I looked back over it, so you've been warned! XD

Aww! I've got two cats myself so I know how hyperactive they get at night. (One of mine likes chewing on my window blind at around three in the morning...) Heheh, but if he reminds you of Mars that's just too adorable! >.

Oh, this makes me so happy! Not, of course, that you're suffering with writer's block, but that you're trying to write the next chapter of Teacher's Pet! I just read the whole thing in one sitting and came to the end... and figured maybe you'd moved on and weren't planning to update, to my very great chagrin. I'm hoping you'll get lots of inspiration...

Aw, thank you! (One whole sitting? Really? Gosh I'm impressed!) No, I definitely want to finish Teacher's Pet - I could never abandon it! It's been something of a nagging itch at the back of my mind for a long time, and I don't want to disappint long-time or first-time readers.

And thank you!

Lol I could do a bitch!Plot session with you... it normally helps people... you'd have to have IMVU or AIM or something though... xD

The only thing I'm worried about really is you getting tired of it and discontinuing it... I would be... vaguely upset...
