One of my co-workers is a control freak.

And she yelled at me today to stop making notes during a meeting - what the heck? I wanted to remember what we discussed.

Unless you were constantly asking her to slow down and repeat herself, why would someone give a meeting in which *remembering what was said* is a ~bad~ idea?!?

I was just thinking the same thing - there is no non-sketchy reason to not want notes on a meeting... big side-eye for the yelling co-worker about ths, as well as the general WTFery of yelling at someone in the workplace to begin with.

LOL what? Were you typing or scribbling really loudly? That's the only reason I could see her being upset if you were sitting right next to her typing rapid fire right in her ear or something? Like yelling at someone isn't disrupting at all, right?
