Dear Semi-New Female Co-Worker,
Welcome to the world of working at a Burger King and something called hygiene.
We don't like for our customers to get sick due to any germs found on our hands or arms.
Therefore, when I see you blow your nose, go off to pass out orders, and I interrupt by telling you to wash your hands, do not look at me in anger like I just asked you to kick a puppy.
Yes, I am not your manager, but I am not about to let you contaminate someone's food.
The other newbies are working much more effectively than you seeing as they don't whine and actually listen to instructions given by managers and our other fellow co-workers who have been working over two years.
No love!

P.S. Try listening to me next time I request you do something the first time. I heard our manager tell you to do something I requested you to do several minutes prior. I am on drive-thru; adding napkins for our customers to use in the dining room is NOT my responsibility. Front cashier = same thing as dining room staff. Get with the program.
