Not too much going on. When the assistant was taking my power chains off, she found that one of my brackets had broken off. I didn't even notice it, though in hindsight, I do recall that it felt weird to put my elastics on over the past couple of days ( Read more... )

It's boring again. The lower right gap is nearly gone; if we took all of the brackets off right now, no one would even know that I'd had three teeth removed. We changed the elastic on that side, not to make it match the other side, but to make it even more different. The lopsidedness makes me a little batty. But my bite feels... so normal. Ohhhh, whoops! Completely forgot to record my most recent boring visit to the orthodontist. Yup, boring yet again. The only change this time was the anchor points for one of my elastics. I didn't realize there was a boredom phase in the orthodontic process.

Yesterday marked eleven months.

We didn't really do anything today. Replaced all of the ligatures, including the chain on my lowers. Oh, and left my back molars out of the chain. Gaps on the lower left are closing up a lot. On the right, not so much. Micro baby steps.
