So yesterday, I went on yet another Emergency Response (ER) for TCEQ.  This one was in Point Blank or close to it anyway.  Which is fine, it's just 2 hours away... it was about 2 or 3 when we (I'm still training on ER) left... the ER coordinator drives like a bat out of hell and usually multi tasks while driving. . . and the driving suffers...so it
