Yeah, maybe we can get sentimental after the world's finished choking to death! Except they hadn’t and he regrets it now. He had just given her a key to the Tardis. But it wasn’t supposed to happen like that. Not with her. He wanted it to be a special moment. He wanted to take her to a good restaurant, have a nice evening and give it to her there. For him, giving her a Tardis keys means a lot. Sure, he had given Tardis keys to others before. That was normal after all, but he had given them keys to a ship. With Donna it was different; he had meant to give her a key to a home. Their home. He sighs, wondering how she would react if she knew what he was thinking right now. He'll have to be careful in the future, not let anything slip...
