Fitness goals

I've been very stressed out lately (not just in the last week or two, but over the last few months), and I've gained some weight during that time. I've just recently passed the point I can consider acceptable gains and now must attempt to lose a few pounds or continue to feel bad about myself ( Read more... )

Good luck! You and me both. That after-9pm thing is tough for people who teach until or after that time. Bleah.

Yeah, I had a really hard time with not eating after 9 when I was still taking grad classes. They were all scheduled for weekday evenings from 6-9, so I'd eat dinner before class and then want to eat again after class. Who knew sitting in a classroom for three hours could make you so hungry?
