“SU-AH! HAPPY ANNIV...” Changmin looked around the currently empty apartment. A slow sense of panic washed over him as he looked through each room and bathroom.
Did he leave me?
He doesn’t love me anymore?
Did he forget?
He…could be at work…
Changmin tried to reason with himself. He turned on all the lights and sat in their shared bedroom. Just as he was turning on the computer, a note was plastered on the screen.
Min-ah, calm down. I‘m not mad at you and I didn‘t forget.
Love, Junsu.
A map soon followed his short letter.
“Ehh?” Changmin scratched his head and studied it. Within no time, he grabbed his keys, wallet, phone and was out the door in a flash.
He drove, then walked for about 5 minutes. He finally took his eyes off the paper and looked around him. He ended up at the dock near the ocean. The backdrop was a calm forest with stars painted in the sky.
Changmin smiled. In a clear area he found Junsu sitting down leaning on his hands staring at the ocean and sky.
Changmin furiously raced over to the only human life around beside him.
“JUNSU! DON’T YOU EVER SCA-”
“Shhh.” Junsu frantically stood up and rushed to his boyfriend. Junsu kissed the younger boy lightly allowing him to calm down and be quiet.
“Su, I was just so worried.” Changmin started. His eyes welling up with tears.
“I’m sorry, baby.” Junsu whispered wiping away the fallen tears.
“I wanted to do something special for you this year.” Junsu mumbled, “So, I brought you here.”
Changmin stopped his crying and looked out into the ocean.
“Do you know where we are?” Junsu said taking Changmin’s hands in his own.
Changmin shook his head.
“Look, Changmin. Really, look.”
After a few moments of silence, Junsu brought up two faded paper cranes covered in dirt.
Changmin gasped, “No….”
“Yes, babe!” Junsu hugged Changmin. They were at the same beach they used to play at together when they were in elementary school. They embraced in warm hugs and kisses.
“This is where I first hugged you.” Changmin mumbled.
“Mhm. And when I first talked to you.”
“And when I stole your lollipop!”
“And remember when I pushed you in the ocean?”
“Shut up!” Changmin laughed.
They laid themselves down on Junsu’s spread out blanket, hands intertwined.
“You stole my first kiss here, loser.” Changmin grumbled.
“You liked it.” Junsu stuck out his tongue.
Changmin propped himself on his elbows and allowed their lips to touch again.
Changmin nibbled on Junsu’s lower lip and their tongues soon played and teased each other. Junsu rolled over and now was situated on top of Changmin.
“Su-ah…Steal me again.” Changmin whispered, “Not just lollipops, hugs, or kisses, but steal everything.”
Junsu responded with a string of kisses.
It was their first time. Only the breeze filled with the ocean salt, the trees that hovered with protection, and the twinkling stars in night sky were witnesses.
Junsu pushed himself further and Changmin rolled his head in pleasure. Their lips continuously meeting new parts of each other.
The once quiet forest filled with heavy huffs of breaths and horribly attempted suppressed moans.

“Happy Anniversary, babe.” Changmin whispered tirelessly. Junsu immediately collapsed beside his boyfriend.
“I think I stole something else.” Junsu admitted, clinging to Changmin trying to catch his breath.
“Hmm?”
Junsu placed his hand over Changmin’s heaving chest. He slowly finger-traced his name over Changmin’s heart.
“Mine.” Junsu smiled.
