When we start colonizing other planets, should we send skinny people or weightier people?

Practically speaking, my guess would be the most efficient way to travel would be to send smaller people, as that would use less fuel. I think.

My thinking is the Gravity of the possible planets, as certain body types could be better to adapt to certain gravity conditions...

Seeing that the only planets worth colonizing have less mass than Earth (therefore less gravity), I don't think it really matters who we send. In terms of fuel efficiency, skinnier people, ya. For some kind of heavy-gravity planet, it would probably make sense to send in strong-bodied people (ie. people with enough muscle and bone strength to carry their own weight and then some).
