I really love how fiercely democratic this city is. It really makes me happy. This morning, running through suburban station to get a train to school there were Nutter Campaigners reminding folks to vote this morning. Why is Al Taubenberger even trying? I think the closest republican mayoral candidate was Katz a few years back because he had

yeah he does - real sketch in fact. The sucky thing is that four of the seven democratic candidates and the republican (i think) are in favor of stop and frisk programs which are extremely dangerous, violative of basic privacy rights, and totalitarian approaches to gun control that will have no impact on decreases in gun violence. there's a whole world of issues at the root of the stop and frisk concept and none of them are strong.
