Just a quick reminder that nominations will end on January 22 at 11:59 PM EST! We've got 24 ballots so far, which is great, but it's still a bit behind last year's 39.

We're especially lacking in nominations for Best Femslash Romance, Best Femslash Smut/Sex Scene, Best Slash Smut/Sex Scene, Best Death Scene/Story, Best Team Fic, and Best Original

I'm actually not too worried - last year we only had 18 ballots at this point and it jumped to almost 40 by the time nominations closed. I know a lot of people who are just finalizing their noms at this point, but I'm hoping to encourage more people to send ballots in early, simply because we're using a different voting system this year and it's going to take me a bit more time to organize it. :)

Its just been so crazy but I plan to have mine done by Tuesday or Wednesday and I will post something tonight in hotch_prentiss for last minute ballots.

I definitely understand - things have been so hectic here I've barely had time to come up with my own nominations. I just don't want anyone to accidentally miss the deadline lol.

I don't think you need to extend it. The deadline looming ahead is helpful. I'm actively working on mine, but good Lord, there are so many great fics to choose from. *headdesk*
