Lovely. I too craved a longer Ben-Ann interaction, so this hit the spot. And I like how she brings up the "Ben the Jerk" stuff, because I always want to see that on the show--some acknowledgment that Leslie's opinion of him has come a long way (even though it's implied constantly).

And I miss Calvin and Hobbes, so there's that.

So did we all like collectively have the idea to get on tumbler this month? I am there too now, although I haven't done anything except ogle other people's graphics. I am http://rikyl.tumblr.com/

Oh, man, Calvin and Hobbes was seriously the best. And let me tell you how pumped I was when it was mentioned on the show literally three days later :P

But, yeah, I know we got the "fascist hard-ass" line, too, but I would definitely love to see the show go even deeper into how far they've come together. And more Ann-Ben stuff would be great too!

I love Ben and Ann interacting! And this was so sweet and in pitch for both characters. I hope that your Ben and Ann have more interactions (please?)!

Thanks so much, I'm so glad you thought this was in pitch, as it's always hard for me to nail down characters voices. And yay to see you back in the community! I feel like it's been a while since I've seen your username around :P.

(And I seriously can't stop listening to Mumford. My day is incomplete if I don't hear it once.)

I really like this piece. Ben and Ann have a great friendship building here, and I like that Ann is protective of her bestie, but still hoping for Ben to get his girl. Thanks for writing!

Thank you for reading and reviewing! I like to think that Ann would be pretty protective of Leslie, but would also think that Ben's her "One" and would be willing to help him out some :)

I really like this. I'd love to see a Ben/Ann friendship develop on the show, this fills that void perfectly.
