I was there for two days this week, so I think it's about time I posted about my new job.

I'm glad you got the promotion too. You've always worked hard at what you do and deserve it. Too bad about the later work hours. It's nice being done at 3 or 3:30. (I'm a morning person.) But, I think getting off the help desk is a really big plus and well worth the inconvenience. I'm glad to hear that you'll be able to use public transportation. Not only will it save you cash, wear and tear on the auto, but it's shows you're environmentally conscious. ( I wish I was able to bike commute more often myself. Can't handle the cold weather like I used to.) Anyway, enjoy the new position. Have fun with it. Look for the positives, ignore the negatives. Take care.
