If Brig was sharing those kind of personal things with a Thrush femme fatale, he definitely made the right choice leaving U.N.C.L.E. He wouldn't have been a good CEA.

No, he wouldn't have been a good CEA. I don't think he has enough duplicity in him to be a truly effective agent.
