That is lovely, effectively showing Illya's resolve becoming stronger.

Loved this line: "He could almost feel Napoleon’s voice on his skin." Beautiful.

And you are right, they are both fighters and nothing would stop the other for the sake of thier relationship, no matter it be friendship, love or something in between. They are just that sort of men... Yay for us!!!
