For some reason, Reid won't (or can't) speak. Can be PTSD or cancer or an unsub cut out his tongue, writer's choice.

Established relationship and how they handle it at work and home. Prefer Rossi or Hotch, but will take Morgan to get the story written.

Bonus points if Reid whispers when he's in bed with his lover.

Hotch would be an adorable choice--he has Jack, after all, and kids learn languages better... ASL, anyone? :D
