Haha no I think it's because he realized giving more work didn't make us better students and he hates correcting things. He literally told me today (with a huge smile on his face and a very happy tone):
"Yeah, I'm giving my juniors a third of the work I gave you guys last year. And I haven't made anyone cry yet." He also claims that he never yells at his students (which we all know is untrue.

Also, I saw Mr. Kunitz today during econ (how could I forget to mention that?)!! It was so great; Cho made me say hello.

(p.s. did you hear about leong? she's PREGGERS!!

Oh my goodness, I know exactly what you mean about the burets!
It makes me angry that the school gets new things that it may not actually need, but the burets that are kept together with rubber bands (and other bad "lab equipment" that the school has) does not get replaced.
