Oh yes, that. I looked it up in the dictionary and even googled it and still I couldn't find it! I was fairly certain I spelled it wrongly.

Nope. Q, G, K, C and to some extent X (as pronounced in Greek, like 'chaos' which is spelled xi - alpha - omicron - sigma) are all interchangeable letters throughout languages with cognates. If you listen to yourself you can hear how they are almost the same sound.

It's because the guitar needs U to play, Suz!!!

Or else, it's because all the extra u's we took out of the words "colour" and "humour" and "flavour" have to go somewhere, right? Right??
