1) 'Cause I wanted to make sure you weren't gonna lead any of the bar's innocent lambs (ha!) astray. Oops? :D?
2) I blame my parents, but -- Bridge Over Troubled Water. The old you, but I know you still have to deal with it.
3) I know you and I are competitive in a good-natured way about magic, but you really are the best magical theorist I've ever worked with.
4) It wasn't a particularly good night over all, but I'll never forget working with you to save Aziraphael, back in the beginning. It was the first time I realized there was more to you than I thought.
5) Is there anything I could see here other than snake? I didn't think so.
6) Do you ever think about going back to 1954, and trying to set things to right? Not that I'm saying you should, but... just wondering if it's crossed your mind, at all.

I mean to say, your parents might never have married, you might never have been born, Voldemort might have been vanquished, but there's no guarantee that another Dark wizard wouldn't have risen to take his place.

Time is not something to muck about with, even for the best of reasons.
