Are you kidding? If I got out of there in a floor-length fur coat and a wide-brimmed fedora, and a foxy lady in the passenger seat handed me an ivory topped cane, I'd get arrested for the crime of freshness.
I've always thought it would be kind of cool to have a madras car...but that is really ugly. Of course I think anything Burberry is ugly, even umbrellas and those nasty little purses.
I think a Burberry interior might make sense and could be done tastefully (not in an Italian car, though--it would have to be a Jag or an Aston Martin). But this is just nine ways wrong.
Burberry became so strongly identified with the chav lifestyle in the UK that I think it's affected their product offerings and marketing.
