It's only words

Several times during the night I awoke trying to remember the word for arriving on streams of moonlight into a corner cupboard stacked with quilts.  There were a few times when I thought I almost had it but it kept alluding me.  Still it seemed awfully important that I remember it.  It wasn’t until much later this morning that I realized the entire ( Read more... )

I keep coming up with countless definitions but still no actual word. I asked a neighbor who considers himself somewhat of a crossword puzzle aficionado what was a seven letter word for transcendental coziness and he said ‘lunacy’. When he realized that there were only six letters in lunacy he said that he did not think there was such a word.

I’m doing well. I won’t have the new Petscan done until sometime in March. I know I should have moved it up but, in case they’ll insist on doing more chemo, I just want to get through this winter with hair on my head
