I got to sleep in a little this morning, then the bf and I went to breakfast with our former roommate J and their workplace-associated buddies. Everyone ended up coming back to the house and hanging out for most of the afternoon. It was a lot of fun. I'm sure you're well acquainted with all the standard reassurances, so practical advice -- exercise. Exercise is the natural predator of anxiety, and even something as relatively modest as a few minutes of yoga can be enough to release the good, grounding brain chemicals. Also you'll be in better shape to go all Sigourney on any potential intruder. ^_^
