My boyfriend got me a sewing machine for my birthday, too!

I don't know how to sew at all, though. :-(

does it embroider? does it read digital files? i'm guessing it's not THAT fancy but i'm curious.

it doesn't embroider, and i have no idea yet about reading files. i think you can hook it up to a computer but i'm not sure why a person would do that (total newbie here).
