Thanks to everyone who made it to my birthday party! I was really happy I was able to just hang out and talk with so many of my friends. And after the party, I have a lot of interesting and tasty things to drink, and the equivalent of an entire large (and tasty, but rather overwhelming) carrot cake left over

Ah, good. We'd been meaning to try La Chaya but hadn't gotten around to it; glad to know it went well.

Yup, I'd recommend it. Um, more comments--sit inside, instead of on the outside patio, which seems to self-populate with annoying people. Even on a weekday evening, it was almost full, so reservations are probably needed. The pizzas were acceptable for one person, but the entrees were where the good (and expensive) food was found.
