So when sinking into a simple defensive stance, no less, something in my hip/leg socket twinged. And proceeded to be unreasonable about not hurting. frustrating, i know. sometimes i think how great it is to be getting in such good shape for when my body falls apart from making it do too many crazy things like jump spins and flip falls.

The more recent injury is feeling better even today--I hate making a big deal out of such things. I mean, pretty regularly there's something in my body that goes WTF were you thinking, crazy lady?

Really hoping the body doesn't fall apart. I'm rather fond of it and its functional state.

I was talking with one of my vaguely-"co" co-workers today and talking about a patient her mum had who, himself, had no legs. Just robots.
