Yay for slacking off! The picture looks great, drawn freakishly well as always. I especially like the glasses, eyes, and hair :D
thanks :D I'm glad that I finally have some time to draw too.. I'm no hard-worker -.- and it's nice to be myself back once-a-while, and do stuff that I like -.-;
I won't be coding, I'd be designing the User Interface (i.e. the layout of the pages and where the buttons and text and links should be and what functionality to put there) if I get the job... but I think I'm still VERY far from the job and I only did so-so for the interview -.-;
Google is the place to be as a developer :) Not only do they pay well, they also have the coolest work environment... they have massage service, yoga room, free food - lunch AND dinner daily, all kind of console - PS2, Xbox, etc, pool and all kinds of fun stuff there for you to play with when you want to take a break... apparently it's their company's philosophy that if they make the company so comfortable that it's more fun to be at work than at home, you'd spend more time at work than you would away from work and end up getting more work done for them... pretty smart eh?
Wow. Google. Hope you will be accepted to next round:D. It is totally Kira XD. What are those things in his ear?:D:D. Of course Kira is the type that might use jewellery:D. And is that google in his monitor?:D
I am not very optimistic about getting into the next round, I really don't think I did justice for myself during the interview... now that I think about it I think I could have come up with much better answers than the one I gave in the interview :(
I'm glad this Kira pass the mali-test XD And yes, I have a tendency to make my Kira wear earings, I think with all those buckets and choker obessions it's only natural that he should don on some earings... (I can't believe they didn't do that in canon XD) In fact I can totally picture a much older kira (in his 25's) actually with a cool tatoo too XD
And yup, it's google on Kira's monitor and also he's wearing one of those Google Slogan T-Shirt that SO MANY of my classmates are wearing (since google gave them out for free during their visit to our school last month)

I really like Kira with earings and glasses too... and I think the glasses idea came from a KiraShinn doujinshi... Glass-Kira look totally "seme" and often remind me of "dark-Kira" XD
