I just got an email from Alex at Slaverats. Apparently, their fan featurette project has fallen through due to legal concerns by the WB's lawyers. Here's what Alex wrote:

That sucks its dropped from the DVD, but I love the idea of some kind of replacement that's 'really cool'. Not to mention, I love his optimism about S4 DVDs...I really hope we get S4 DVDs and a great S4! *crosses fingers*
