I make a liner that size http://www.etsy.com/listing/86827831/7-inch-light-bamboo-hemp-cloth-menstrual if you want really thin we can do a flannel back with a PUL film for water proofing.

i have a couple of domino's pads (1 pad, 1 liner). i like them a lot, but i'd actually say they're a bit bulky- probably not what i'd go for if i wanted slimness. i have one of lunawolf's pads, and it is VERY thin- and surprisingly absorbent the one time i had a huge leak from my cup! it held up extremely well.

I also use Luna Wolfs and think they're very thin, but I don't have anything to compare to!

the product i was using that night was actually her 8.5 inch pad (which shrank slightly in the dryer, but i'm not complaining. i usually assume EVERYTHING shrinks in the dryer.). i don't actually have any of her liners.

I'm a fan of both Domino Pads and PIMPs, but if you just need it for cup backup and want them to be thinner than a disposable, PIMPs are the way to go. I'd recommend you also check out C-Pop Commodities (http://www.etsy.com/shop/Popples), as the original (not "3L") pads are really thin, and they're fleece-backed for some waterproofing.

Second the recommendation for PIMPs. Their "small" sounds like it would be perfect for you.

I recommend you try yurtcraft pads (first comment)! They are incredibly well-made and comfortable. Lisa uses the best materials and her sewing is flawless! Shorter pads can give you a 'wedgie' and these pads and liners are designed so that they don't. Everyone needs to try these pads! Seriously.. :p
