When I travel somewhere with my pads and will definitely get home before I need them again (it sounds like you're in this situation), I just let them dry and bring them home dirty, then wash them at home. Unless your pads are really going to be saturated, you should be able to just fold them up and put them in a not-airtight bag (an open wetbag in your luggage or just a canvas bag should be fine); if they're very wet, you'll need to let them dry unfolded in a place with good ventilation otherwise they'll probably stink before you get home.

i just fold mine in on themselves and put them in a fleece wetbag til i get around to washing them. I've noticed no smell.

Me too. If you don't wet them, the blood just dries, and again, they aren't stinky like the disposable ones. I just toss them in a bag and wash at home.

I agree with the others who are saying to just let them dry out. I do this all the time, even at home, and it works well.
