I made one last night, but I did the wings badly, and I didn't like the shape, so I'm not taking a pic of it ;) plus the camera batteries are charging.
I don't get much chance to knit, but I'm going on holiday for a week, so with no computer or work to do, I'm going to make sure I come back with at least one pad I like :)
I liked the idea, so I just need to work on the shape a bit more.
I was thinking as I knit the one last night, that for an everyday pantyliner (just something to keep your knickers dry), a knitted pantyliner in an open knit (like plain) might work really well, because it would be really open, so any dampness could evaporate.
I think I found your stuff on ravelry last night. :)
If you can figure out ways to fix up the basic idea, go for it and post! I'm not an advanced knitter by any stretch, but it's good to know I can describe something well enough for someone else to duplicate whatever I'm doing.
BTW, my wings didn't turn out so hot either. The sides of things I knit get wonky.
