I'm allergic to penicillin and its relatives (ampicillin, amoxicillin...), sulfa based antibiotics (like Bactrim), Cipro and Macrobid, plus horribly allergic to Cheer laundry detergent. Also I think I'm allergic to one particular dandruff shampoo I tried once, and now I can't remember which one it was.
As far as I know, Cheer is the only one (maybe it's the "Color Guard" stuff, whatever that is?), but I have gone to All Free & Clear or Tide Free anyway, just to be on the safe side.
I think I'm also allergic to dust, or something that goes along with it, particularly that which comes from barns... but I had a patch test a few years ago that said I wasn't allergic to dust, mold, or any common animals, so I don't know exactly what it is. I get itchy, watery eyes and a runny nose, but it all goes away as soon as I wash my hands and face and change my clothes. It's not bad enough to keep me out of horse barns. :)
You neglected to add "None of the Above" to your poll. Which is me. I'm allergic to nothing! I can roll around in fresh cut grass while hugging a Persian cat after drinking an antibiotic milkshake made with real milk because I'm not lactose-intolerant.
Lin doesn't read much LJ these days because of school, and I'm not sure if he reads yours, so I'll chime in on his behalf--he's allergic to salicylates, which means aspirin, salicylic acid (which is in wart remover, acne medicine, and many other things), and lots of vegetables (celery, parsley and bamboo are the worst for him). He's allergic to MSG, certain antibiotics (Zithromax comes to mind), codeine, an NSAID called Arthrotec, and has a ton of respiratory allergies--grass, ragweed, lilacs, many flowers, incense, scented candles, cleaning products, air fresheners.... traveling and eating out can be a real adventure, let me tell you. He has asthma and COPD and is allergic to cigarette smoke but smokes anyway. Gah.
Apparently there are lots of vegetables that contain salicylates (I've found long lists online), but the celery, parsley and bamboo affect him the most strongly. Broccoli is supposed to contain a lot of salicylate, but he never seems to have trouble with it--but celery et al will cause him to projectile vomit, or have horrible stomach pain and diarrhea. Aspirin will put him into anaphylaxis.
Lin was adopted at a young age and likely wasn't breast-fed; I've read that there's a strong correlation between asthma/allergies and not breast-feeding, so... who knows. I've completely stopped wearing any scented personal care products, burning scented candles or incense unless they're approved by him (he can tell with one sniff whether something will set off his respiratory allergies), using certain cleaning products, etc. I don't really mind that much, though I do miss the scents in my house sometimes.

Somehow, I won the genetic lottery for allergies.
