It feels very odd, to know Melinna and Erestor this way after seeing them actively in stories. But, I confess, I’m intrigued as to what happens next for them.
I can imagine it would be strange! This was the first piece of fanfic I ever wrote and it was intended more to lay out a frame for future stories than as a true story in itself, not to mention being a very minor Silmarillionish experiment in cramming thousands of years into a few thousand words.
