After Kara catches John Reese pulling out Daniel Casey’s teeth and is obliged to shoot both of them and dump their bodies in the river,

God. Poor Kara. Muttering and repeating yourself: the things John Reese will do to a body. Or a body will do to--etc., etc. This is such a charming AU! Sort of, yes, short expiration date, as you've noted, but hey, at least Samaritan maybe never gets off the ground? mumblemumble I don't actually remember how relevant events of late s2 were to the rest of the series plot, ahem

I dunno, I expect Samaritan finds someone else to upload the damn virus, which means the only major difference in the long run is that Mark Snow never gets blown up. Well, depending on who Harold finds to do his running around, I guess. I would like to see Shaw working with Kara. It would be very messy, but very efficient.
